I confirm my booking for
Heath Cottage as outlined above.
For bookings made more than 4 weeks before arrival
date
I enclose a deposit cheque
for £100 as requested and understand that this will not be refunded due to
cancellation unless the cottage can be re-let for the period booked, in which
case the deposit will be returned less an administrative charge of £15.
I understand that the
balance of the rental must be paid 4 weeks before my arrival date and that at
that time I should also send a damage deposit cheque for £50 which will be
returned to me no more than seven days after the date of my departure from the
cottage. Breakages will be charged at
the rate specified on the inventory list in the cottage.
For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival
date
I enclose full payment for
my stay and also a damage deposit cheque for £50 (as explained above).
I understand that
electricity and telephone calls will be paid as used.
I understand that no pets
are allowed in the cottage.
